Material Selection and Explanation
The door frame and door leaf are fabricated from high-quality galvanized steel sheet, with high-temperature-resistant perlite boards installed as core insulation. The surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating or thermal transfer printing, resulting in a durable, corrosion-resistant, and aesthetically pleasing finish. The assembly includes fire-rated locks, fire-rated hinges, and door closers. The door frame is formed in a single pass on a dedicated production line using high-grade galvanized steel sheet, and the integrated sealing strips ensure a tight fit with the door leaf, providing excellent fire resistance, thermal insulation, and soundproofing. The door leaf is manufactured using a large-tonnage press for precise forming and shaping.
Technology and Performance
1. Fire-resistance rating: Class A—1.5 hours; Class B—1.0 hour; Class C—0.5 hour.
2. Decorative Appearance: The surface is finished with electrostatic powder coating, resulting in a durable, vibrant finish. Upon customer request, the surface can be customized with wood-grain transfer printing or European-style embossed paneling, significantly enhancing the door’s aesthetic appeal and ensuring seamless integration with the building’s interior design.
3. Fire door configurations include single-leaf and double-leaf types, with the door leaf optionally incorporating a glazed strip.
