Fire-resistance rating: Class A—1.5 hours; Class B—1 hour; Class C—0.5 hour.
Door leaf thickness: Class A, 50 mm; Class B, 45 mm; Class C, 45 mm.
Door leaf types: flush doors, decorative doors, and glass doors.
Special door-frame processing: the door frame undergoes flame-retardant impregnation, followed by cladding with fire-resistant panels, providing dual protection.
Door leaf construction: The frame is made of high-quality solid wood and treated for fire resistance; the core is filled with eco-friendly, fire-resistant, heat-insulating perlite boards and further covered with a fire-retardant panel; the surface is veneered with decorative panels, and the perimeter is edged with solid wood.
Structural Process
The frame, panels, fire-resistant boards, and fire-resistant fillers are assembled in a single operation using high-strength adhesive and then pressed into shape, resulting in sufficient strength and excellent structural integrity.
