Scope of Application

High-rise residential buildings, refuge rooms

Product Introduction

Steel non-insulated fire-resistant windows are developed in accordance with the new Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings. They incorporate proprietary, patented waterproof and sealing designs as well as advanced profile-forming technologies, meeting stringent requirements for air tightness, water tightness, wind-pressure resistance, and thermal insulation performance. These windows are primarily used as exterior windows in high-rise buildings and refuge areas.

While ensuring fire-resistant performance, it delivers a daily user experience consistent with aluminum alloy system windows.

Product Process

Utilizes sound-insulating, heat-insulating, noise-reducing, hollow, fire-resistant, tempered glass with an electrostatic powder or fluorocarbon coating on the surface, offering excellent heat resistance, aging resistance, lustrous coloration, color stability, strong paint film adhesion, and easy cleanability; even under a 50 kg vertical impact force, the coating will not flake off.

Technology and Performance

1. Applicable Standards: GB 16809-2008 “Fire-resistant Windows” and GB 50016-2014 “Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings”

2. Fire Performance: Class C, with a fire-resistance integrity of up to 1.0 hour.

3. High-quality non-insulated fire-resistant glass is used, offering excellent resistance to weathering and aging, with minimal risk of clouding or blistering.

4. Under normal conditions, window sashes can be manually opened and closed; in the event of a fire, thermal-sensitive elements automatically control the closing of the window sashes.

5. A variety of window types are available: fixed windows and operable windows; custom fabrication is also possible according to specified dimensions and requirements.

6. Temperature-controlled window closers are available in two configurations: concealed and surface-mounted.

7. Compared with other similar products on the market, this fire-resistant window offers superior performance in water tightness, air tightness, wind-pressure resistance, thermal insulation, heat insulation, fire resistance, and safety. Moreover, its appearance can be customized to match the color and profile of standard aluminum alloy windows, providing an aesthetically pleasing look. In addition, this fire-resistant window is easy to install and can be fully installed from inside the building.
