Product Introduction

Hard-type high-speed doors, also known as aluminum-alloy high-speed doors and commonly referred to as “hard fast doors,” are a new type of metal high-speed door designed for anti-theft protection and high-temperature isolation. They feature rapid opening, high security, and ease of operation.

The primary functions of high-speed doors include thermal insulation, energy conservation, air sealing, moisture retention, dust and insect prevention, sound insulation, and wind resistance, thereby maintaining a constant temperature, constant humidity, and clean working environment in the workshop. They are widely used in logistics facilities and cleanrooms that require frequent, high-speed opening and closing.

Performance Features

1. Speed: Adjustable, ranging from 0.8 to 2 m/s.

2. Wind Resistance: 30 m/s, capable of withstanding winds of Force 11.

3. Sealing Performance: Equipped with a double-seal strip, it effectively prevents air currents, dust, rainwater, and other elements from entering the interior.

4. Safety System: The door is equipped with airbags and infrared protection for enhanced safety and reliability, enabling automatic opening while also incorporating a manual emergency override.

5. Spiral circular non-contact receiving track: when the door curtain is rolled up, the curtain sections do not come into contact with each other, ensuring that the curtain material remains free from wear and deformation, while operating with low noise and high speed.

6. A transparent viewing window can be customized according to customer requirements, facilitating observation and enhancing safety.
