Control System
1. The rolling shutters can be controlled independently and are equipped with a manual override; they are interlocked with the thermal fuse device and directly linked to the fire alarm control panel.
2. Implement smoke detector alarm activation: the rolling shutter automatically descends to a height of 1.8 meters above the floor, delays for 180 seconds (adjustable), and then continues to lower until fully closed. If an obstacle is encountered during descent, the shutter will automatically stop and reverse upward.
3. The system supports a single downward movement triggered by a smoke detector alarm and a second downward movement triggered by a heat detector alarm; moreover, the second downward movement will cease once the heat detector alarm is cleared, allowing seamless switching between the two types of alarms within the same system. 4. Chain-break protection device: The rolling shutter is equipped with a chain-break protection device to ensure its safe and reliable operation and to safeguard public safety.

2. Opening and closing speed: lifting and lowering speed of 2 m/min to 7.5 m/min; self-weight descent speed not exceeding 9.5 m/min.

Fire-resistance rating: For Type TF3, the fire-resistance duration is ≥4.0 hours, with a maximum average temperature rise on the unexposed surface of 88.3°C and a maximum single-point temperature rise of 113.6°C. 4. Electrical specifications: Main power supply: 50 Hz, 380 V; Signal power supply: 24 V; Power consumption: 0.37–2.2 kW.
Material Selection Explanation
The curtain surface is constructed by high-temperature stitching of inorganic fire-resistant fabric, aluminosilicate fiber blanket, radiation-shielding fabric, and decorative fabric, and is clamped on both sides with galvanized steel strips to ensure wind resistance. The bottom box sealing panel is made of galvanized steel, 0.8 mm thick, with a seamless design.
Scroll: seamless steel pipe with external wall rust removal and anti-corrosion treatment. Guide rail: manufactured using a split composite structure.
