Scope of Application
Factory buildings, warehouses, tunnels, substations, and underground parking garages
Technical Specifications
1. Implementation Standard: GB 14102-2005 “Fire-Resistant Rolling Shutters” 2. Model: GFJ-300300-F3-Cz-D-80 3. Opening/Closing Speed: 2.0–7.5 m/min
4. Fire resistance: Class F3, with a fire-resistance rating of >3.0 hours. 5. Wind-pressure resistance: Class 80 (784 Pa).
6. Electrical Functions: Main power supply 50 Hz, 380 V; signal power supply 24 V
Control System
1. The rolling shutters can be controlled independently, or they can be interlocked with smoke detectors, heat detectors, and temperature-fuse devices, or directly interfaced with the fire alarm central control room, among other options.
2. Smoke detectors can trigger an alarm, causing the rolling shutter to automatically descend to a height of 1.8 meters above the floor, with a delay of 0–180 seconds (adjustable), before continuing to lower and fully close.
3. Chain-break protection device: The rolling shutter can be equipped with a chain-break protection device to ensure its safe and reliable operation and to guarantee safety.
Material Selection Explanation
1. Curtain Panels: Made from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel strip, which is roll-formed on both sides and then laminated; the internal cavity is filled with aluminosilicate fiber wool, resulting in minimal thermal shrinkage and exceptional high-temperature resistance. The panels exhibit excellent corrosion and rust resistance as well as strong wind-pressure resistance. Upon customer request, they can also be fabricated from stainless steel sheet or color-coated steel sheet.
2. Bottom Beam: The bottom beam is a box-type structure fabricated by roll-forming high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheets. The internal cavity is lined with composite curtain panels, and the surface features no joints or welds, resulting in a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance and exceptional structural strength.
3. Guide Rail: With a thickness of 1.5 mm, the guide rail is manufactured as a split composite structure, embedding the control-button wiring conduit and expansion bolts within the rear cavity. The exterior surface features no exposed screw heads, ensuring a clean, aesthetically pleasing appearance and superior structural strength that fully rivals that of the building itself. The material is high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, roll-formed without any joints along the entire length. 4. Roller Shaft: Depending on the size of the door opening, high-quality straight-seam welded pipe, spiral-welded pipe, or seamless steel pipe is selected, with the outer diameter of the pipe wall subjected to anti-corrosion and anti-rust treatment.
5. Hoist and roller shutter controllers: Products that have been tested and certified as compliant by the National Fire Protection Testing Center of the Ministry of Public Security and have obtained 3C certification shall be selected.
